Today is a big day!

I started some Tai Chi classes at Roseburn flats near Murrayfield with some friendly "fitness" minded older people!

I am really looking forward to see how our gentle, simple but effective set of exercises and postures will improve their balance and increase their mobility!

Different crowd, different needs, different lesson to learn. I appreciate the fact that they enjoy the slow pace... might teach me one thing or two about settling in and not rushing around like a headless chicken!
